  • Suppliers: Development of code of conduct for third parties with sustainability standards in the supply chain, aiming to inform 100% of our suppliers and the integration of 5 ESG aspects.
  • Community: We started a programme to donate works to cities where we are present in order to enrich the urban landscape and the experience of our residents.

Social impact strategy: We focus on five key principles that guide our actions in the social sphere. We seek to ensure the safety and well-being of all, develop internal talent, promote diversity and inclusion, focus on the needs of our customers and adapt to local specificities.

Lines of action: in our ESG Master Plan on the social dimension, we have established 16 specific actions to promote the social dimension in our company. These actions range from promoting health and safety at work, ESG training, promoting diversity and inclusion, to work-life balance and the well-being of our employees.

We care for the safety, well-being, work-life balance, professional development and continuous training of our employees. To this end, we promote initiatives such as a health programme, flexible working hours, additional holiday days and financial assistance for the birth of children. In addition, in the area of training, we launched the "Kronos Learning" programme, which provides training through masterclasses and exchange forums.

Nuestros Proveedores:

 

Evaluación de los proveedores con criterios de sostenibilidad. En KRONOS, evaluamos a nuestros proveedores en base a criterios de sostenibilidad. Promovemos la certificación ISO 14001 y la ISO 20400, y buscamos establecer colaboraciones con proveedores comprometidos con la sostenibilidad.

Colaboración en la gestión de los proyectos. La metodología BIM ha sido una herramienta fundamental para mejorar nuestra relación con terceros y gestionar riesgos de manera más efectiva. Asimismo, nos ha permitido una mejor toma de decisiones y un entorno colaborativo en el desarrollo de proyectos.

Código de Conducta para Terceros. Estamos elaborando un código de conducta para terceros que establecerá estándares de sostenibilidad para nuestros proveedores. Nuestros indicadores clave incluyen la aprobación del código, informar al 100% de nuestros proveedores y la integración de al menos 5 aspectos ESG en el código.

Impacto en la Comunidad:

 

Impulsamos la comunidad a través del arte. En KRONOS, reconocemos el poder del arte y la cultura para fomentar el bienestar social y la cohesión comunitaria. Por ello, integramos el arte en nuestros espacios residenciales y públicos, utilizando obras de reconocidos artistas locales e implementando proyectos innovadores, como la iluminación artística de grúas durante las obras de construcción. Además, hemos incorporado esculturas de artistas destacados, enriqueciendo el paisaje urbano y la experiencia de nuestros residentes.

Acción social. Estamos desarrollando un Plan de Acción Social que nos guiará en nuestras iniciativas sociales. Prevemos colaboraciones semestrales con diversas organizaciones sociales a nivel local. El plan incluirá el Voluntariado Corporativo para incentivar la colaboración de nuestros empleados. Nuestro objetivo es lograr que al menos el 10% de nuestra plantilla participe en al menos una acción de voluntariado cada semestre.
