We are looking for a junior Account to join our team in Madrid
- Provisiones de fondos (seguimiento y revisión de facturas pendientes)
- Conciliaciones (revisión y obtención de facturas pendientes)
- Tax compliance (Notificaciones de AEAT y comunicación de las mismas a externos) Seguimiento.
- Revisión de Cierres, impuestos, CCAA, etc de sociedades indefinidas o sociedades que se encuentren en fase muy inicial
- Preparación de archivo USGAAP /IFRS
- Fichero de control saldos interco e intereses generados.
- Control y preparación de las adendas y novaciones de los préstamos interco
- Financial profile with a high capacity for organization, management and problem solving
- Controller who wants to move into business
- Financial expertise: analysis and investment, shopping center cash flows
- High level of Excel and PPT
- High level of English (minimum B2)
- 2 to 5 years experience in the real estate sector
- Competititve Salary + variable.
